Key Requirements:
• Proven experience in operational risk management within the financial services or insurance sector
• Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks in Bermuda
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement risk management policies and procedures
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field
• Professional certification in risk management or related fields is a plus
• Relevant postgraduate qualification would be advantageous
