About our client
Our client is a leading global investor, based in Abu Dhabi. They are looking for a Data Analyst to come into the Value Creation team - working across investment strategies, allocations, and analysis of the Capital Solutions portfolio. This position will work closely with investment teams. What the job involves
• Conducting analysis of the Capital Solutions portfolio
• Helping to formulate investment strategy and allocations
• Managing the portfolio roll-up model and updating portfolio data across internal databases
• Monitoring and analysing investment contributions and distributions
• Preparing cash flow forecasts
• Working across all internal functions, ensuring smooth operation between front, middle, and back office
• Interacting with the fund's central data mining functions and helping with the establishment of data mining protocols
• Coordinating key performance metrics with benchmark data providers, and monitoring data from external service providers Who we are looking for
• Experience in a Credit / Hedge / Private Equity fund or Asset Management firm
• Experience in data consolidation projects
• Experience analysing portfolio positions, forecasting cash flows
• Strong ability in managing data aggregation and analysis projects
• Good quantitative, accounting, finance, and data analytics experience
• Prior experience interacting with front office teams on a regular basis
• A degree from a top-tier university, ideally within business or a quantitative focused discipline
