About our client
Join a dynamic team at a global investment company based in Abu Dhabi. With a legacy of over seven years, this team are renowned for pioneering enterprise risk frameworks and shaping investment strategies. We are currently seeking a proactive Senior Associate or Vice President to enhance their investment risk management processes on their portfolio. What the job involves
• Partner with investment managers to evaluate risk implications pre and post-deal, including CEO succession and product risks
• Conduct financial due diligence on potential investments
• Model potential impacts on company performance, revenue, costs, and profitability
• Assess implications on exit strategies and collaborate on strategic decisions with investment teams
• Conduct operational due diligence and ensure investee companies have robust risk management frameworks in place
• Engage consultants as needed for specialised risk assessments and interventions Who we are looking for
• Bachelor's (and/or) masters degree in a top tier university
• Strong background in private markets, with experience in investment risk assessment and portfolio management
• Proven ability to communicate complex risk concepts effectively to senior stakeholders.
• Experience with operational due diligence and risk modelling tools
• Cross-sector experience and adaptability highly valued
