Join Air Liquide's Industrial Merchant team and be part of a sustainable future! As a Bulk Dispatch Planner, you’ll play a key role in optimizing our cleaner, low-carbon distribution processes across Benelux and the UK. Working closely with our logistics and customer teams, you will ensure reliable and efficient deliveries, contributing to our commitment to innovation, safety, and environmental responsibility.
key responsibilities
As Dispatch Planner for Air Liquide, your key responsibilities will include:
• Efficient Delivery Planning: Manage the reliable scheduling and dispatch of our gases across Benelux and the UK, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Industry Support: Coordinate truck supply for various sectors such as Electronics, Healthcare, Food, Pharma, and more, contributing to seamless operations.
• Market Leadership: Actively support Air Liquide’s leading position in a complex, fast-evolving market by optimizing logistics and customer service.
• Collaboration: Work closely with drivers, operations teams, and customers to solve logistics challenges and enhance delivery performance.
• Scheduling Center: Operate from our Brussels-based Scheduling Center, ensuring smooth and sustainable distribution processes.

As Dispatch Planner for Air Liquide, you have the following qualifications:
• Customer Minded: Strong listening skills to understand and meet customer needs, with a focus on enhancing customer experience and satisfaction.
• Team Player: Work well within a team of eight dispatch planners and two analysts, fostering a collaborative spirit to achieve excellence.
• Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving: Capable of making sound decisions while considering multiple solutions and constraints.
• Ownership: Take initiative and contribute to our continuous improvement culture.
• Communicative: Clear, professional, and friendly communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
• Flexibility: Willingness to be on-call one week every six weeks, ensuring availability outside office hours as part of a rotation scheme.
• Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
• Learning Agility: Adaptable and eager to learn on the job, comfortable using digital tools, and committed to continuous skill development.
Education Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in logistics management) or equivalent experience. What truly matters is your ability and willingness to grow and continuously improve.

• As Dispatch Planner for Air Liquide, you receive the following package:
• Salary: €3,650 gross per month
• Meal Vouchers: €8 per working day
• Expense Allowance: €70 per month
• Transportation Reimbursement
• Contract: 6-month interim contract with potential for extension or permanency
