Established luxury Eco-Lodge in the Archipelago of Bocas del Toro, Panama is hiring for an energetic Executive Chef/Operations Manager. This is a live-in role.
• *What you will be doing**:
• *Operations Manager Duties →
- Serve as the primary host of the Lodge.
- Lead a team of 25+ hotel employees and all day-to-day operations.
- Elevate resort offerings and programming (spa, yoga, naturalist programming, adventure tours, etc).
• *Executive Chef Duties →
- Elevate Food and Beverage Programming.
- Design seasonal menus that feature locally sourced, sustainable, and fresh ingredients, and locally inspired recipes (_primarily plant based _with the addition of fresh fish).
• Additional Duties →
- Project Management of hotel growth, Human Resources, Revenue Management, Marketing and other duties as needed.
• *What is required for the role**:

- Previous experience as an Executive or Head Chef.
- Previous experience as a Department Manager in a Hotel, Restaurant or other hospitality/business operation.
- English fluency and high level of proficiency in Spanish.
- Critical thinking skills & strong leadership and people management qualities.
- **Must have work authorization in Panama**
