Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Consultant to join our team at Alight Solutions. As a key member of our Global Technology and Application Services (GTAS) department, you will be responsible for providing application support consultancy to our outsourced clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert advice and guidance on SAP HCM application support to clients
• Manage and resolve technical issues related to SAP HCM, including generating bug-free code and customizing
• Operate system tests to ensure applications meet agreed specifications
• Document technical and functional issues handled
• Manage personal priorities and assigned tickets, ensuring deadlines are met and regular progress reports are provided to the GTAS Cluster Lead
• Maintain internal and external communication channels, communicating status, resolution, and root cause of assigned issues
• Understand general flows in HR and the SAP HR architecture
Requirements:
• Bachelor or Master degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalent
• Intellectual curiosity and motivation to learn new technologies at a fast pace
• Strong interest in delivering high-quality support in the field of Human Resource
• Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, and consistently achieve quality standards
• Service-oriented with a strong client focus and sense of accountability
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solid verbal and written communication skills in English, German is a plus
• Discretion and ability to respect the confidentiality of information
