MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda and briefs
• Assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as transaction documents and pleadings
• Attend client meetings and assist with case management
• Collaborate with our lawyers and staff on various legal projects
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
• Currently junior or senior in an accredited law school or recent graduate from law school
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
