Introduction to the job
To hire a DUV Business Development Manager for required bandwidth on increasing business engagement, market competition and extended application
Role and responsibilities
• Business development for new products
• Project management for evaluation program, and secure product value proposition to maximum the business opportunities
• Ensure product strategy is formulated and aligned execution plan to support maximizing business objectives.
• To identify where the market are.
• To define what are the suitable product.
• To define product strategy for each customer/fab and defend product value.
• To align with account strategy for each customer with Business line and Account team.
• To execute the penetration/business plan in customer site with support by CS team and Business line
• To execute the evaluation/ or NTP project per customer with support by CS team and Business line
Education and experience
• Master degree of Engineering or Science
• 3~5 years of engineering experience in semi-conductor industry, with customer fab/RnD process experience is preferred.
• At least 3 years in business
