Key Areas of Responsibility
• Compensation planning, benchmarking, surveys, and reports
• Employee Business Performance Bonus and Profit Sharing process.
• Projects related to above scope

Requirements
• Capable to probe potential concerns, integrate multiple inputs & processes and develop solutions to enhance effectiveness
• General knowledge of employment laws and HR practices
• Ability to learn HR domains, processes, PMP, and systems to generate insights, solutions, and recommendations
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
• Integrity and commitment are the prerequisites
• Demonstrate ability to prioritize and manage multi-task while effectively addressing day-to-day responsibilities
• High learning agility with good logic, flexible for changes, team player with high EQ
• Aggressive, willing to take initiative and follow-through to deliver quality results with strong attention to details
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
