Responsibilities
• Manage customer service materials planning to minimize downtime, zero bin, and maximize inventory turns:
• Verify and ensure accuracy of stocking levels
• Request and recommend adds/subtractions from sites’ BOMs
• Engage and maintain daily communication with stakeholders to ensure proper planning
• Facilitate and chair BOMs meeting on a regular basis
• Participate BOM reviews and ECF forums (as request)
• Active participation to gain visibility current issues and/or upcoming changes that are being discussed/made
• Ensure sites’ BOMs and inventory level are properly adjusted
• Ensure any stocking level adjustments that may be required are addressed
• Support “safety first” culture throughout all functions performed
• Support ASM / Customer Quality initiative
• Collaborate with Global Buyers to solicit and to align regional forecasts at least monthly
• Ensure ASM has adequate planning time to adjust spare stocking level to support sites’ forecast
• Generate and provide weekly/monthly reports for customer performance metrics
• Reconcile parts consumption in Customer application and ASM FSM system with site Buyers and end users.
• Review all parts consumption including FOI and/or DOA to ensure parts are properly disposition. May require interaction/research with end users
• Ensure all non-warranty and consumable parts logged in ASM FSM system are reconciled weekly
• SAP operation for retrieving sales order data/stock status/STO
• Inventory management (Components, spares, parts …)
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field required.
• 5+ years in Service Supply Chain Management in Semiconductor Industry.
• Must have high “sense of urgency” and “know how” to escalate to proper channel
• Working knowledge of modern planning, service material flow and improvement strategies and the ability to integrate those into the operation.
EDUCATION
• BS degree or equivalent work experience (5+ years in related field). College courses in industrial engineering, supply chain, and business administration preferred.
Skills
• SAP experience preferred
• Excellent skills in MS Office with specific high level proficiency required in Excel (Pivot and Macro required).
• Ability to review, analyze data and generate recommendations detailing how to optimize spares performance.
• Understanding of Customer Service processes; both inventory and billing.
• Ability to confront and drive solutions in difficult customer situations.
• Fluent in English, is a must
