Essential responsibilities:
- Logistics SAP business process design/enhancement and project roll out in Asia country (Japan, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan)
- Create Logistics SAP business requirement to BSA including but not limited to warehouse, order fulfillment, work with cross functional team for new project design, review and implementation
- Understand SAP data structure and enable to create query report based on business requirements
- Work with regional Logistics team go over depot SAP process, provide ideas about where time gets wasted to streamline work process and improve workflow.
- Benchmarking Asia depots process to identify the highest standards of excellence process and then making the improvements with best practice
- Maintain SAP change based on regional request
- Support new business initiatives and projects and contribute to review meetings and change process. Ensure effective Logistics implementation takes place relating to the changes.
- Support Spares depots, FGI, Supply chain Logistics SAP process in Asia.
- Create SAP ticket in GLIS project list and trace progress to meet project timeline.
- Create test scripts and training materials based on business requirements and blueprint.
- Handle daily escalation from regional Logistics team for SAP issues and perform trouble shooting to fix the issue.
- Provide SAP advance training or refresh training to Regional Logistics team

- 擅長工具：Excel,SAP,鼎新
- 工作技能：倉管流程訂定與管理,倉儲系統維護與管理

- Job Experience: Minimum 3 years working in semiconductor industry, dedicated in maintaining SAP MM and SD modules for the company.
- Advance user of SAP's MM and SD modules and familiar with WM, IM process.
- Ability to write and read blueprints, user manual and operation specifications
- Ability to analyses and manipulate technical and complex data and provide meaningful information
- Excellent English communication skills
- Proven analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Strong planning skills with the ability to handle multiple projects through to completion and to manage competing priorities
- Project management skills
- Strong oral and written presentation skill
- Professional attitude and demeanor/adaptable/flexible approach to work.
- Educational: Bachelor degree in Science/Logistics /Business
- High level of computer literacy, to include MS Excel, SQL, Access, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Project, Power BI, Power Apps
- Ability to work under pressure and to tights schedules
