Job-Details
• Reviewing and updating project plans based on changes in scope or schedule to ensure that the project stays on track;
• Communicating with internal / external stakeholders to update them on project status;
• Communicating with team members to ensure they are meeting deadlines, resolving issues, and following procedures;
• Managing project budgets by tracking expenditures against planned spending to ensure budgets are not exceeded;
• Managing the overall design process, including planning, scheduling, managing workflow and risk mitigation;
• Be able to attend evening calls and be able to open for minimum domestic / internal travels;
• Good English speaking and be able to conduct meetings in English. English written is professional, precise and clear;
• Good inter-personal skill and be able to lead a cross-functional team by example;
• Fluent in Microsoft Project, Excel, and word.
