IMS Nanofabrication in Taiwan enables the largest semiconductor manufacturing companies by providing state-of-the-art mask writers. To help our customer to use our equipment for leading edge application we provide first class customer support and service.To prepare you for your role you will get started with an intensive training period of several months.
Your Responsibilities:
After an intensive training period of several months, you take the lead in providing first line service support by participating in service activates and integration of the newest generation of IMS Multi-Beam Mask Writer´s in semiconductor fabs in Taiwan.
You will set up systems that run diverse Linux operating systems and you support the automation of the equipment working procedures. Occasionally you perform software upgrades or configuration changes.
You will lead troubleshooting and take responsibility for finding solutions to system problems by dealing with second level software problem tickets.
Write reports of your tasks and activities and support building up standard operation procedures.
Your Qualifications:
You have minimum 8 years of related work experience.
You have a higher degree (MSc) in electrical or software engineering.
You have practical programming experience (SPS, Python) and experience with Linux systems.
You have a good understanding of Network Technology, Git experience is of advantage.
You have a good knowledge of English, written and spoken (e.g TOEIC 800 or above).
You can grasp complex technical content and synthesize it clearly while using your analytical skills and technical knowledge.
You know how to cope with challenges, work independently but are also a team player.
Well organized, assertive and a likeable team member who is eager to continuously improve the use of interpersonal skills.
Making informed decisions in stress situations while remaining resilient.
Occasional flexible working arrangements and rotational shifts is not cumbersome.
Vendor experience with customers in the semiconductor industry beneficial.
Willingness to work in a clean room.
