Job-Details
We are looking for a senior RD engineer to join the Siliconsmart RD team in HsinChu Taiwan. The candidate needs to have experience in standard cell characterization and circuit simulation, and is confident with debugging circuit simulation results while working directly with a global team as well as the industry.
You must possess circuit design background and programming skills with C++ and Python.
You would have the latitude of designing and implementing new software features, the opportunity to take on project leadership roles and the chance to grow with our expanding SiliconSmart development team in Taiwan.

• Industry experience of developing and maintaining C++ and Python based applications on a Unix or Linux environment
• A good command of Tcl script language
• Experience with quality regression and software development processes
• Proficiency in designing data structures, algorithms and software engineering principles
• Demonstrate good analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experiences in one or more of the following areas are highly desirable:
• VLSI digital circuit design or library characterization
• Gate-level timing analysis
• Transistor-level circuit analysis (spice or fast-spice circuit simulation)
• Circuit simulation software development
• Experience in using BDD/SAT solvers
• Machine learning algorithm
