【工作內容】
The position is to support the management team for resource planning, business analysis, continuous improvement, and KPI monitoring including the aspect of Manufacturing, Logistics, and Warehouse operation in order to meet organization target.
Tasks:
- Business case study and simulation to support strategic decision-making.
- Perform short, mid, and long term resource planning and further advise the possible solution in case exist potential risks via cooperating with related teams.
- In a driver seat to identify the risks and trigger improvement via cooperating with related teams
- Support process/efficiency improvements, lean manufacturing and quality improvements
- Factory KPI monitor and improvement including:
o On time delivery
o Labor hours analysis
o Machine / Operational Cost
o Inventory Control
o Quality indicators
o Others

【相關條件】
- 工作經歷：5年以上
- 學歷要求：大學以上
- 公司產業：其他半導體相關業
- 科系要求：工程學科類,機械維護相關,工業管理相關
- 語文條件：英文--聽 /中等、說 /中等、讀 /中等、寫 /中等
- 擅長工具：VBA,Excel,IE工業工程,SAP
- 工作技能：部門人力成本控制,專案成本╱品質╱風險管理,專案時間╱進度控管,專案規劃執行╱範圍管理,專案溝通╱整合管理,整理分析生產紀錄報告,協助產線自動化系統推展,達成產能及出貨目標,生產成本控制,估算生產裝設工料量價,產品生產製程規劃及工時估算,標準作業流程規劃,提出製程計畫與產能分配掌握
【其他條件】
- 其他：- Degree in Industrial Engineering related and finished with a Bachelor Degree or above
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar position
- Sufficient knowledge of new and established products and processes, modifications, sub-modules and complete systems.
- Mature soft skill for cross functional cooperation
- Good mind-set and personality: Target oriented, process driven, systematic and critical thinking
- Good communication skills in both, verbal and writing
- Strong data analysis skill
- Project management skill (PMP certification is plus)
- Familiar with excel function including formula and pivot
- Database and programming (such as VBA) is plus
- Decent English
