Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
• Perform data collection and pre-analysis to support Digital Twin projects.
• Develop the Digital Twins furnaces, boilers reactors, pipeline, etc., by using Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) tools e.g. Computational Fluid Dynamics
• (CFD), Finite Element Analysis (FEA), etc.
• Participate in the verification and validation of the Digital Twins.
• Collaborate with other Digital Twin engineers, domain experts, data scientists, reliability engineers, and application developers to integrate the results from
• simulation into Digital Twins.
• Document processes and technical specifications for the Digital Twin projects.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities for Digital Twins and simulation-related issues

Qualifications:
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Chemical Engineering/Technology or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 3 years experience in engineering modeling and simulation especially structural analysis, flow and combustion simulation, and multiphase flow, preferably in the petrochemical, refinery, power generation, or related sectors.
• Proficiency in FEA (Finite Element Analysis) and CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) related tools e.g. ANSYS SpaceClaim, ANSYS Design Modeler, ANSYS Meshing, ICEM CFD, ANSYS Mechanical, ANSYS Fluent, and etc.
• Experience in building Digital Twin (Optional).
• Able to work at Rayong
