Job-Details
-Conduct troubleshooting and resolution of hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and various devices.Ensure adherence to security best practices by aligning all platforms and policies.-Administer and uphold the integrity of the network system, internet connectivity, LAN, servers, and mail server.-Conduct routine checks on network infrastructure, software applications, computers, laptops, servers, printers, licenses, and antivirus systems daily.-Provide support for end users utilizing the ERP system.Install and set up computer hardware, software, networks, printers, scanners, and systems.-Oversee day-end processes, implement data backup strategies, and manage recovery procedures.-Collaborate with the IT team to communicate and clarify complex issues as required.-Others as assigned.
