Job-Details
Key Responsibilities:
· Engage with customers to understand their business requirements, challenges, and objectives.
· Lead the technical pre-sales process, including solution presentations, product demonstrations, and responding to RFPs/RFIs.
· Design and architect enterprise solutions that integrate with existing systems and meet customer needs.
· Develop detailed solution proposals, including cost estimations and budgeting, ensuring alignment with business goals and financial constraints.
· Collaborate with sales, product management, and engineering teams to define and deliver innovative solutions.
· Conduct technical workshops and discussions with customers, addressing technical queries and concerns.
· Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from initial engagement to solution delivery.
· Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in enterprise solutions and integration technologies.
· Foster strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or in a similar role.
· Strong expertise in customer engagement and presales activities.
· Demonstrated experience in solution estimation, budgeting, and financial planning.
· Strong proficiency in .NET, Node.js, Java, and Python.
· Extensive experience with system design and architecture, including microservices and distributed systems.
· Expertise in both SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) databases.
· In-depth knowledge of enterprise solutions and system integrations.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
· Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
