Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inbound and Outbound Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves working in a very fast paced sale environment, dealing with cold calling leads and inbound leads, converting them into qualified booking to potential waves clinets. Candidate will be also required to take these bookings, showcasing our portfolio and tailored proposal to meet their needs, candidate is expected to close these meetings/clients and pass on to the service delivery team.

Responsibilities:
📞 Lead Generation: Use cold calling/Inbound leads to generate new sales opportunities by contacting potential clients and introducing them to Waves’ services.
🤝 Client Follow ups: Build and maintain relationships with potential clients by providing information and answering questions related to our services.
🗓 Sales Bookings: Convert cold calls/ Inbound leads into meetings/appointments and follow up to close deals.
✍ Deal Closing: Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and close sales deals, ensuring all client needs and concerns are addressed.
🗓 Follow-Up: Follow up on leads and sales inquiries promptly to ensure maximum conversion rates.
🔍 Market Research: Continuously research and identify potential clients that align with Waves’ target market. 📊 Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on cold calling and closing activities and outcomes. Maintain the CRM with notes of the calls, clearing the pipeline and organising the leads

Requirements:
✅ Proven experience in sales, with a significant focus on cold calling and closing deals.
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively over the phone.
✅ Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals. ✅ Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
✅ Knowledge of CRM software.
✅ High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus.
✅ Ability to handle rejection in soliciting clients.
✅ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
