As a CLIENT SUCCESS MANAGER, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business and IT, ensuring that technology solutions effectively meet the evolving needs of our internal clients. You will be responsible for driving the development of innovative technology solutions, from initial concept to successful implementation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Business Analysis: Conduct thorough business analysis to elicit, document, and validate requirements for IT systems.
• Product Development: Lead the product development lifecycle, from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Change Management: Manage change requests for IT systems, collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize and implement changes effectively.
• Technical Understanding: Demonstrate a deep understanding of technology platforms, applications, and architecture.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, fostering collaboration and alignment.
• Compliance Adherence: Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.
• Value Creation: Contribute to the development of innovative technology solutions that deliver tangible business value.

QUALIFICATIONS
• At least 16 years bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience working in technology, preferably in a large enterprise environment (e.g., banks, telcos).
• Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, documentation, and validation.
• Proven experience in product development and change management.
• Deep understanding of technology platforms, applications, and architecture.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS (PREFERRED)
• Experience working in the financial industry.
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.
• Experience with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban
