Job-Details
1- Operational Risk Management:
• Identify, assess, measure, monitor, control and report operational risks related to people processes, systems and external (relevant) via monitoring tools, such as risk registers, RCSA, KRIs, etc.
• Operational loss data is maintained.
2- Business Continuity Management:
• Development, updating and implementation of the bank wide BCM Procedures.
• Maintaining database on BCP testing and incidents
• Provide feedback to Head Risk Management / Senior Management on effective implementation of BCM Policy & procedure.
3- Fraud Risk Management:
• Supervise / update and implement the bank wide FRM Procedures.
• Ensure to maintain updated fraud & forgery database.
• Timely reporting to senior management and regulator.
• Liaison with all stakeholders for disposal and closure.
4- Development & implementation of Operational Risk Management framework:
• Supervise / review development & implementation of Operational Risk Management framework along with Fraud Risk Management (FRM) & Business Continuity Management including strategy, policy and procedures.
5- Documents Review:
• Review policies/procedures/agreements/SOPs or any other document in accordance with internal/external risk and provide recommendations for improvement/risk mitigation accordingly
6- Automation and Forecasting Model:
• Assessment and initiation of automation of Operational risk management
