About the Role:
As a Sales Associate, Client Services you will be responsible to undertake the assigned tasks from your designated client and ensure they are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
The responsibilities of a Sales Associate - Client Services typically include:
• Generating leads and making outbound sales calls
• Building and maintaining customer relationships
• Achieving sales targets and quotas
• Conducting product demos and presentations
• Negotiating and closing deals
• Maintaining accurate records and reports of sales activities
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends and competition
• Collaborating with other team members and departments
• Providing excellent customer service
• Continuously improving sales skills and techniques.
What We're Looking For:
• Qualification: A 4-Year Bachelor's degree is preferable. Preferably in Business Studies / Accounting & Finance / Economics / Public Relations.
• Someone who has a strong willingness to learn.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Candidates with relevant experience will be preferred.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Someone who believes in sharing knowledge with their peers.
• Possess leadership skills demonstrated through extra-curricular activities.
• Strong collaboration skills.
Work Timings:
This is primarily a US Hours' Shift. 7 PM to 4 AM during daylight savings and 6 PM to 3 AM after daylight savings. However, this may change as per business needs.
