Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Outbound Sales Representative at Aironexus Solutions in Islamabad. The Outbound Sales Representative will be responsible for lead generation, out reaching, cold calling, conducting outbound sales activities, and utilizing interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.

Qualifications
• Inside Sales and Outbound Sales skills
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
• Experience in Lead Generation
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejections positively
• Cold calling
• Financial literacy
• Knowledge of American B2B campaign
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
