Job-Details
• Loading, transporting and delivering/pull-out items to from clients or business in a safe courteous and timely manner
• Review orders before and after delivery to ensure completeness of QR deployment or after sales services. Report any backloads to QR admin Staff.
• Established and maintain outstanding customer satisfaction.
• Contact customer via call or text to confirm delivery details
• Orient the merchants and answer query
• Complete trip documentary such as acknowledgment receipt, trade check, photo uploading and expenses.
• Inspect delivery vehicles and ensure safety and security of loading and unloading process.
• Ensure availability and timeliness in accordance with the daily schedule as given by the QR team leader.
>High school graduate or College level
>with experience in motorcycle driving
Job Type: Part-time
Schedule:
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
