Role Description
The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, developing and implementing strategies to improve the bank's services and increase revenue.
Qualifications
Willing to be assigned anywhere in Bicol
With his/her owned Motorcycle is a plus
Proven Experience in Bank Management, Financial Management, Credit Risk, and Microfinance
With Experience monitoring withdrawals, deposits, Small claims cases, meeting up with clients, and overseeing the Bank Operations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field
Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field is a plus
