Job-Details
The Line Pilot is responsible for operating the agricultural aircraft of the company, observing necessary flight operations before, during, and after the scheduled aerial spraying. He/She adheres to aerial spraying standards and safety procedures to avoid efficiency issues and community escalations.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Aircraft Maintenance, Engineering, or any related course
• License as a Pilot is a must
• At least 3-4 years of solid experience in Aviation Operations, preferably in agricultural, private or commercial aviation
• Preferably a Turbo Thrush rated Pilot
• Knowledge in production operations
• Knowledge in aviation operations
• Expertise in aircraft maintenance
• Knowledge in government regulations
• Knowledge in quality management
• Knowledge in resource management
• Oral and written communication skills
• Critical thinking and analytical skills
• Problem solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in computer operations, specifically MS Office
• Leadership and people management
