You, in your role as Creative Director, will be responsible for establishing and maintaining brand equities for both new and existing products across our various product lines. Directing and mentoring a team of design professionals (graphic designers, industrial designers, photographers, illustrators, etc.), participating in cross-functional teams (consisting of strategists, marketers, copywriters, etc.), and frequently working with external consultants, freelancers, and agency partners are all ways in which this position contributes to and drives the overall efforts and strategic vision of the department. It is expected that the Creative Director will present critical projects to upper management with grace and assurance. The Creative Director's ability to present design rationale and advocate for their work while maintaining an open mind is essential. In order to succeed in this role, you must be able to effectively communicate your vision through both written and oral means Candidates for this position should be comfortable and eager to work in fluid environments, such as group workshops and brainstorming sessions.

• Collaboration with other stakeholders, both inside and outside the company, to reflect the brand's key equities and governance; acting as a steadfast equity champion to ensure brand consistency.
• assures efficient and timely interaction between the imaginative process and business associates.
• Provides compelling, well-organized, and directly-targeted presentations to clients that are backed by a sound argument and strategy and are presented in a way that is easy to understand and persuasive.
• maintains, translates, and expands the visual identity of the stock. the right brand identity and style guidelines are archived, protected, and shared.
• support the internal creative team's efforts by delivering projects with a clear and compelling creative strategy.
Skills:
• A master's degree in design, advertising, or communications and 6 years of related work experience, with increasing levels of responsibility in package design.
• Skilled in maintaining composure in the face of uncertainty and juggling multiple priorities.
• An expert in formulating design strategies and in improving designs as they are developed and put into use.
• Ability to use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop at an intermediate level and be comfortable working on a Macintosh.
• Knowledgeable in all aspects of package creation, including but not limited to the most typical elements, processes, and costs
