Qualifications:
• Control how the company gathers, stores, and distributes data and information. Maps, graphs, and tables may be used to assist in the understanding of market research data.
• It is critical that we work together with the Market Research team to assist our internal clients in achieving their research objectives.
• With the use of data mining tools and methodologies, you can gather, verify, and share meaningful insights about markets, target consumers, and competition tactics.
• Prices, marketing strategies, sales figures, and client preferences, among other factors, are all examined for their potential impact on sales. They also consider the potential impact on future sales that these factors may have.
• Extraction of data in various formats for direct consumption by processes, reports, and analytical tools should be done on a regular basis from a variety of platforms and databases. Investigate online and using software subscriptions from the corporate market
• Management should get regular updates on emerging trends and new possibilities for improvement via the preparation and maintenance of regular reports (data analysis and narrative). Compile data, summarize it, and then make decisions based on that data.
• Observe the collecting and compilation of data in order to provide periodic reports such as weekly, quarterly, and yearly ones. Setting a baseline and keeping track of changes over time can help you make better decisions.
• It's critical to provide findings to executives in a manner that helps them make better judgments about their company's strategy and product and market launches.
• Communicates challenging facts in an understandable way and persuades others to take action based on the information offered.
• Make sure that the company's various business divisions require marketing information. Projects that assist the organization achieve its objectives, make things simpler for consumers, and speed things up for staff should be designed and implemented.
Skills:
• Prioritizing the identification and definition of problems before they become an issue.
• A thorough understanding of Microsoft Excel is required, including the ability to write formulae, connect spreadsheets, use pivot tables, chart data, and format.
• An in-depth understanding of primary and secondary market research methodologies and strategies as well as tools and procedures, as well as practical familiarity with advanced statistical software such as SPSS or SAS.
• Working with a broad variety of reporting systems, including Tableau (3-5 years), delivering measurable findings to aid improve revenue optimization.
