User Experience (UX) Designers are in charge of creating user-centered designs, envisioning them, and putting them into action. As a passionate designer, collaborator, consumer champion, and lifelong student, this job shines. The UX Designer, as a crucial part of the team, is responsible for generating engaging experiences that align user/customer demands with business objectives while also reinforcing the company's brand image. The major emphasis of a UX Designer will be either Interaction or Visual Design. However, in both fields, he or she may be relied upon to perform critical responsibilities. User research activities such as user testing, interviews, and observations will be designed, facilitated, and analyzed by the UX Designer, who will use user research insights and business strategy requirements to create innovative interactive web/mobile/tablet application concepts and see them through to completion.

Qualifications:
• Promote a user-centered approach across the business and share the benefits and principles of this approach. Iterate on concepts based on the validation of new knowledge, criticism, and cooperation.
• All components of user-centered design, including information architecture, task analysis, user flows and stories, navigation, content hierarchies, interface design, and working prototypes, should be collaborated on by design team members.
• Assess difficult challenges to provide solutions, then work with developers and analysts to implement them. Design utilizing existing structures and new methods.
• Collaborate with quality engineering, development, and marketing teams to get an understanding of product and branding directions and to provide acceptable and consistent design solutions.
• Writing conceptual diagrams, site maps, user flows, storyboards, wireframes, user testing, personas, content inventories, and related functional specs
• Design tools, systems, tasks, ergonomics, user interfaces, and settings using human factors and cognitive concepts. Use low and high quality prototypes to convey your ideas more effectively
• Based on usability testing, established processes, and technical input, collaborate with teams to determine which ideas should be developed into comprehensive designs.
• As a member of our Design Team, you'll work closely with Product Managers, Subject Experts, and Developers to turn user needs into flows and interfaces that are easy to use and inspiring.
• Work with project partners to grasp precise requirements and build entire user experiences.
• Ensure that the design and engineering teams and the firm as a whole adhere to the same design, usability, and accessibility practices. Research and demonstrate your understanding of industry trends and the most recent technology on mobile, desktop, and the web.
Skills:
• Working in a highly technical setting, you have a proven capacity to solve problems and contribute to the team
• Principles and practices for delivering customer and personal service. Customers' demands are assessed, quality criteria are met, and customer satisfaction is measured.
• Ability to cooperate with highly technical development teams or work in a technical or scientific setting is required. Proven proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, AdobeXD, Sketch, and other design software.
• Ability to produce IXD objects, documentation, and presentations using conventional design apps as Adobe products, Sketch, and Omnigraffle
• In B.A.'s words: (focus in Library Sciences, Human Computer Interaction, Psychology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related area of study is a plus) Examples of case studies in a design portfolio
