CPI,BTP, Solution manager etc..
• provide critical day-to-day maintenance, performing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support, and work with SAP development to create new software fixes.
• Solution Manager Configuration and Utilization of EWA reports.
• Monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting of SAP Products
• Knowledge on SAP upgrade , migrations and conversions
• Good knowledge of the NetWeaver technology stack
• Good conceptual knowledge of Storage, web applications (FIORI), Single Sign on SAP platforms.
• Good conceptual knowledge on Linux / Windows to run SAP applications.
• Assist in the planning, configuration, and installation of all activities undertaken by the SAP Basis support group.
• Review and revise existing systems and procedures to drive continuous improvement for alert monitoring, performance monitoring and basis administrative procedures.
• Architect and implement day-to-day SAP basis administration activities in a complex multi-tier SAP landscape.
• Provide technical guidance, perform reviews of software and project artifacts, work with the team to prevent and resolve technical issues for SAP application.
• Provide operational and project support keeping focus on meeting project milestones.
• Ensure SAP based systems operate reliably and efficiently in a secure environment.
• Ensure the adherence of standards and SAP best practices.
• Maintain close daily contact with team regarding assignments, work progress and status of tickets .
• Work closely with functional and business teams to adequately support Business requirements.
• Be accountable for the support and proactive monitoring of the core SAP applications including installation, performance, break fixes and change requests per business requirements.
• Research complex application/System integration issues with functional teams; examine integration between various systems (SAP and non-SAP) for inconsistencies along with Integration Teams.
• Assist with the configuration and maintenance of High Availability and Disaster Recovery SAP solutions. Participate in Disaster Recovery testing to help ensure business continuity.
• Provide input, expertise, and implement changes into the design, development and improvement of service offerings and back-office procedures.
