Job Summary: As a Document Administration Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting the efficient management of our company's documents. You will assist in organizing, maintaining, and retrieving documents, ensuring their accuracy and accessibility.
Responsibilities:
• File and retrieve documents according to established procedures
• Maintain document databases and electronic filing systems
• Scan and digitize documents
• Ensure compliance with document retention policies
• Provide administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A willingness to learn and develop professionally
• Minimum graduated from SMA/SMK, any major is welcomed to apply
• Willing to work from office at Petamburan, Tanah Abang.
• Working days: Mon-Fri, 9-18.
