Job-Details
Responsible for:
• Increasing MUC’s Japanese client base
• Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive relations with Japanese associates
• Drafting, translating, or reviewing MUC’s promotional material in Japanese
• Training and developing subordinates to meet company standards
• Filling in daily timesheets and monthly reports of new client engagements
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills – business-level proficiency in Japanese speaking, writing and reading. English proficiency is a plus.
• Able to provide excellent customer service and maintain client relations. Responds to clients' inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Able to develop and tailor communication styles to facilitate the comprehension of both internal users and external clients.
• Experience in customer service or direct dealings with customers is a plus.
• Working experience in Japan is a plus.
