Our client in Beira is looking for a Workshop Supervisor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Mechanical Sector and a proven track record in the relevant field.

Responsibilities
• Planning maintenance schedules and activities to minimize downtime.
• Prioritizing work schedules for repairs, rebuilds and maintenance.
• Directing and supervising workshop staff.
• Maintaining a clean and safe workshop.
• Scoping and estimating costs and timeframes for maintenance work.
Requirements
• Good engineering practice and able to use measuring equipment.
• Supervisory experience good leadership, motivation and team building skills.
• Good Microsoft office/IT experience, MS Office.
• Able to write route cause failure reports.
