Job Responsibilities
• Develop channel strategies and provide channel service support
• Supervise and inspect the channel strategy implementation and adjust strategies where needed
• Monitoring current competitors and industry trends
• Provide pre-sales, technical support resources, products etc. to clients
• Maintaining constant and clear communication with customers, by providing feedback and suggestions regarding current market information.
• Initiate joint operations with customers to promote product sales
• Maintain regional high profile customers
• Implement sales and marketing plan
• Develop channels to communicate with customers and formulate a partnership plan
• Send company’s products to the customer and ensure to provide information and sales policy of the products
• Actively strive to obtain customer orders and achieve sales target

Job Requirements
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in sales in the CCTV industry
• Degree in business related field would be beneficial
• Knowledge of the products and services in the CCTV industry
• Great communication and presentation skills
• Must be based in Botswana
• Must have own vehicle and valid drivers license
